What is a Showing Assistant in Real Estate?


Showing Assistant responsibilities include assisting the Lead Agents by showing homes to buyer clients, identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the agent has completed a needs analysis, driving buyer clients to homes, and working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes.  Showing Assistants are also available to give your home the number of showings needed to sell the house.

A Showing Assistant will not replace the Lead Agent you hired.  You can be confident that the agent you hired will be with you every step of the way, whether you are buying or selling your home.  The Showing Assistant is merely an extension of the services our Lead Agents offer.  We want to be sure you can see as many homes as necessary to find your perfect match.  Our team also wants your home to receive as many showings as possible when selling and this is where having Showing Assistants on our team is a benefit to YOU!  We will always have an agent available to show your home at your convenience.
