17 Jun Living Rochester 365!
Welcome to the NEW “Living Rochester 365”! This column will be dedicated to sharing how we enjoy, play, and stay in Rochester 365 days a year! Follow along as we take you on a monthly tour through one of Michigan’s most beautiful downtown cities. As summer begins, we invite you to visit the local garden shops! Both Bordine’s and Folger’s Market, located on Rochester Road, offer beautiful flowers and garden accessories for all of your landscaping needs (For their information and business hours, please find them on Facebook). Fresh produce can be found all summer at the Rochester Farmer’s Market, along with local, handmade items and artisan goods (location and hours via www.downtownrochestermi.com). Along with the garden shops and farmer’s market, be sure to visit the many beautiful parks. Pick up lunch from one of Rochester’s fine eateries like Lipuma’s Coney Island and have a picnic when time permits. There is so much beauty to be found right here in our own “backyard”!
